Vindication Season 1 ~ Review

A couple weeks ago, I was looking around on PureFlix for something to watch while I was canning and came across a show called Vindication. I decided to give it a try and watched the first two episodes that week. That’s all it took to get me hooked! Then imagine my excitement when I was given the opportunity to write a review about this very same series.

Vindication is unlike any crime show I’ve ever seen before and I love it! The stories for each episode have a wide variety of topics, keep you in suspense all the way to the end of the episode and have surprise twists that aren’t necessarily anticipated. A few of the topics covered during the first season include: affairs / temptation, parenting teenagers, money conflicts, missing person, autism/disability, drug addiction, human trafficking, relationships, sex addiction. As you can see every episode has a new plot/twist.

Since it is faith based, Vindication, is not like a lot of crime shows, in that, it isn’t gory or gross. I would consider it good for teens and adults because of the mature topics.

The acting is very good! Honestly, sometimes faith based shows can have some pretty cheesy acting but Vindication is not at all cheesy.
