This time one year ago, I made the decision to try a “new to us” reading program. I had heard a lot about Reading Horizons and decided it would be worth giving it a try. We had reviewed so many good reading programs but we still were lacking. I had struggling readers who were getting frustrated. I was getting frustrated.
