Patterns of Evidence – Exodus ~ Review and Giveaway

While many Christians believe that the events of the Exodus recorded in the Bible are true, many archaeologists today say that there is no evidence that proves that the there was an Exodus of Israelite slaves from Egypt.  Filmmaker Timothy Mahoney sets out to determine if the Exodus really happened.

I found Patterns of Evidence ~ Exodus to be both highly educational and enlightening!  Traditionally it has been thought that the Israelite people left Egypt during the reign of Ramesses II. There is, however, no archaelogical evidence of the existence of a large group of semetic people existing during the reign of Ramesses II.  However there is a great deal of archaelogical evidence of a large number of Semetic people living in Egypt during the Middle Period; including the tomb of a high ranking Semetic man in which there are no bones.

Releases on DVD August 4, 2015 Run Time: 119 minutes Special Features: Cast Profiles & 17 Extra Interviews Behind the Music From Film to Book Additional Books and Resources Host a Patterns of Evidence Movie Event Trailers Genre: Documentary Rating: NR
